This just in! Colorful graphic trays from Camp Cirrus, a Swedish brand of home accessories designed by Cina Kjellsson.
These beautiful trays are made of laminated birch. The materials are cut into squares and placed in a press. By applying high pressure and heat, the printed paper and birch wood are turned into a tray. To create soft edges and to improve resistance a milling-cutter is used. Lastly, a wax is applied to the edges to help withstand wash & wear. A uniquely crafted piece of functional art…all meticulously made in a factory on the island of Oland in the Baltic Sea.
Mix & match them to make the perfect stylish, yet functional gift…and go ahead, snag one for yourself too!

Isn’t it ridiculous how much time we spend working each day? So isn’t it important to make our space as enjoyable as possible? I am always fascinated with work spaces, especially ones that have the right balance of style and function.
I came across this office makeover in the latest issue of Lonny Magazine and thought it would be so inspiring to share. If you are thinking about giving your workspace a little (or a lot) of TLC, then Lonny has this excellent “How-To” guide to show you how to transform a boring space into a chic and functional space. It got some really helpful pointers, and I even think it can be applied to spaces outside of work.
